Bachelor's Jason Betrayed Me: Melissa

(Newser) – In her first interview since being dumped on national television, former Bachelor fianceé Melissa Rycroft told Ellen DeGeneres today she felt betrayed and lied to, Us reports. Rycroft said she knew Jason Mesnick had contacted runner-up Molly Malaney once, but when she asked him, "'Am I going to be blind-sided by anything? Is there anything you want to tell me?' And he said, 'No, gosh no.' And the second I went out on that stage, he goes, 'PS it is Molly.' And I went, 'Bastard!'"

Rycroft isn’t the only one who’s pissed: The author of The Woman’s Book of Revenge recommends the jilted lover “demand the show give her the ring,” which she returned to Mesnick on air, E! reports. The ring could be worth as much as $65,000, and “it could be a nice little cash prize for her. I know that would make me feel better.”
