"He looked so old, like he had aged 10 years in the last month," an insider tells Fox News. The 83-year-old made a brief appearance at the party, his top girlfriend assisting him as he slowly shuffled in.
"Too much time in bed rustling with friends," Hef said last year, though many are convinced his sudden deterioration has to do with the exit of his fave girlfriends, including Holly Madison. "Things aren't quite the same since Holly and the girls left," the source adds. "Hef loves all the new ones, but I think the transition really took its toll."
