(Newser) – On Fox News, Glenn Beck is pushing the apocalypse—and it’s working out nicely for him, the Los Angeles Times reports. Beck’s new show averaged 2.2 million viewers during February, double the number attracted by the time slot last year. Why does Beck think the Obama administration has been such a boon? “People know in their gut that something’s not right. They're not getting the truth.”

With President Obama in charge, “our country is on the verge of disintegration,” Beck says. Fox News in general has taken this confrontational stance, with emphasis shifting from reporting to punditry. “I think we’ve been doing a very good job of trying to point out some things that maybe some other news organizations haven’t pointed out,” says a Fox exec.

You've never met anybody who wants to be wrong more than I do,. I have nothing to gain and everything to lose. If I'm right, what do I have? I don't grow my business. I have no reason to say these things. - Glenn Beck

All I see above is couple of criticisms of right wing media & one anti-right wing comment... Do you really wanna stick up for the like of a Beck, Bush or Fox News?... (Good, decent conservatives are apparently a species on the verge of extinction.)

"The Bama" uses "Crisis" and "Catastrophe" in his speech about 68 times and when someone on Fox uses it in the right context that is over the top? The magic coach is getting ready to turn back into a pumpkin.
