Attacked 'distressed' animal manages to escape
(NEWSER) - British animal cops are hunting a cruel kitty hater captured on video wildly swinging a cat by its tail. The 2-year-old cat, Mowgli, finally managed to escape, and make it back home in a "distressed state," said officials. "This was a very violent, nasty attack on a cat," said one. Mowgli's owner said her pet has been "mentally" injured. "It's really sad that somebody found pleasure out of doing that," she said. Officials are asking anyone who can identify the man, nabbed on surveillance footage outside a pub in Ramsgate, Kent, to come forward, reports the Telegraph .
