(Newser) – Five children ages 7 to 16 were found dead today in their home near Tacoma, Wash., the Seattle Times reports. Investigators say they might have been killed by their father, whose body was found at a different location after an apparent suicide. The youngest child was a boy and the rest girls. No word yet on a possible motive.

3 mass shooting fatalities in as many days. It's apparent our culture is not responsible enough for gun ownership and the time has come to ban most of them. The 2nd amendment has been grossly misinterpreted by the gun loving wing nuts in this country. And even if it isn't, the fact that his country once sanctioned slavery and oppressed the rights of women to vote clearly indicates that the original constitutional documents were flawed and in need of change. The founding fathers were not perfect. The Constitution is and must remain, a living document, subject to change as societal forces dictate.
