As Chris Brown prepares for his arraignment today, “intense” negotiations on a plea deal are under way, a source tells the New York Daily News. “It’s expected to be resolved at some point soon. Rihanna wants it resolved as well,” the source says. Brown is seeking to avoid jail time and a “strike” on his record. Meanwhile, he is expected to plead not guilty or to ask for another postponement.
