UConn Women Take Title

(AP) – The Connecticut Huskies are the unbeaten champions of women's college basketball. Tina Charles scored 25 points and grabbed 19 rebounds tonight as UConn routed Louisville, 76-54, in the national title game. The victory for the Huskies capped the most dominant season in women's basketball history—Connecticut won every one of its 39 games by double digits.
