(Newser) – Following a UN reprimand—and North Korea’s indignant exit from multilateral talks on its nuclear program—Pyongyang has expelled international inspectors, the Wall Street Journal reports. The International Atomic Energy Agency will announce the move shortly. North Korea called the UN statement an “unbearable insult,” but some experts see the expulsion as political brinksmanship based on the perception of a more cooperative Obama administration.

The same thing happened to under Bush so this isn't anything new. NK has this whole game down pat and no President has figured out a plan yet.

They are so lucky there's a Dem in charge. Three more months of this under a Repub and we'd see the reinstatement of the draft - especially if it were McCain.
