(Newser) – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be hitting theaters two days earlier than planned, E! reports. The studio is bumping the film forward with an unusual Wednesday opening on July 15, in hopes the mid-week premier will be equivalent to two debut weekends. "Every day the kids are out of school in summer is just like an extra Saturday," reasoned one exec.
