(Newser) – Russian singer and model Oksana Pochepa says she's the reason for Mel Gibson's divorce, the Sun reports. Photos surfaced of the 53-year-old frolicking with someone "Hollywood insiders" described as a "Russian musician called Oksana," and Pochepa, 24, tells the tabloid she's the mystery woman.

“This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting," Pochepa said. "We are different people, but Mel is a grown man and knows precisely what he wants and I know what I want.”

Same old, old story . . . narcissistic man can't face getting old, so he gets him a hot girl. She's after security, he gets to look like he's still "got it." Mister, a man who would cheat on his wife of 28 years with a "newer model" is laughable and pitiful. Unless Robyn is a sociopath and has made his life a living hell, then he's a miserable worm. And what's with his kids and grandkids kicking it up on the beach with them? Poor Robyn -- talk about a kick in the gut. Reply

I used to really love Mel Gibson and his movies, was a BIG fan. Then he decided to go ballistic and start shouting his "morals" from the rooftops and how the rest of us folks weren't moral. Well I guess that weird Catholic sect of his allows affairs, or he is a BIG loser, bigot, hypocrite. I will never watch one of his movies again. Reply
