Someone sounds a little jealous the international media has found a new darling. Nicolas Sarkozy sniped today at President Obama for being inexperienced and indecisive, the Times of London reports. While praising Obama's "clever" mind, the French president complained to party members that "he was elected two months ago and had never run a ministry. There are a certain number of things on which he has no position. And he is not always up to standard on decision-making and efficiency.”

Sarkozy took issue with the fact that Obama got all the credit for solving an impasse between France and China at the G20 summit. Sarkozy said Obama woud not have acted had he not scolded him with the line, "You were elected to build a new world." The French president also criticized Obama on climate change: "I told him, ‘I don’t think that you have quite understood what we are doing on carbon dioxide.'" (More Nicolas Sarkozy stories.)
