(Newser) – The Vatican plans to build Europe’s largest solar power plant on land it owns north of Rome, Bloomberg reports. The 740-acre site—many times bigger than the 108 acres that make up the world’s smallest nation—is predicted to generate enough power for 40,000 households when it comes online in 2014, enabling the ever-greener Vatican to sell the excess.

THis is good-maybe now that they want to help the environment they can also help stop the spread of AIDs by approving condom use-especially for the priests abusing children

Observer, Read please about the thousands of Jews saved in WWII, Read about the billions of dollars spent on the poor all over the world year after year, even in the countries that the rest of the world has forgotten. Read about the support for trade unions and other groups that changed the face of Eastern Europe..Hate if you choose. Just don't delude yourself into thinking that what you believe is real.

The idea of Church being a nation is absurd. The Catholics have plundered the poor and raped young boys for years. Very God-like virtues.
