(Newser) – A Brooklyn grocer who threatened to slit the throat of a studio staffer for denying him access to Tyra Banks was convicted today of stalking the supermodel. A judge spared Brady Green jail time and suggested he leave New York for “a location where he can thrive,” the Daily News reports. The 39-year-old sent Banks roses and was holding pictures of her when arrested.
