Booze Lands Hoff in Hospital...Again

Lawyer claims story only broke thanks to ex

(Newser) – David Hasselhoff was hospitalized, yet again, with alcohol poisoning Saturday, Radar reports. His daughter—not the one who videotaped him drunkenly eating a burger—found him unconscious on the floor of his home and called her mother, Pamela Bach, who rushed the one-time Michael Knight to the hospital. The actor, who registered an off-the-charts .39 blood alcohol level, is recovering. Meanwhile, Hoff’s lawyer tells TMZ that Bach leaked the story to the media.

“This is about the seventh time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning,” one source says, while another claims the number is actually 10 or more. “How many visits will it take before he dies?”

A real shame considering he was known in his original days of Knightrider, quoting "One man can make a difference". Reply

A BAC of .30 can be lethal. In the 5,000 years man has enjoyed cannabis, no one has ever OD'd. The DEA's own judge said it would take smoking a kilo of cannabis to reach a toxic level. Smoking 2.2 pounds of anything will kill ya. Hoff should change his drug of choice, unless he is really trying to kill himself. In that case, he has found the right one Reply
