Gavin Hyatt had been in pain for a month, plagued by a mysterious lump on his stomach. The plumber almost had it operated on but canceled at the last minute. Then one day, in a scene straight out of Alien, Hyatt felt a stabbing pain and saw the lump pushing through his bleeding skin. The lump turned out to be the remains of a twin brother who died in the womb, the Sun reports.

Hyatt drove to the doctor clutching his chest and gritting his teeth. “I have never seen anything like this in my life,” his doctor says. “It was like something from Alien. I didn’t believe Gavin…until I saw him.” Now, Hyatt says he feels fine. "But it has not sunk in yet that I could have had a twin brother. I have him in a jar at home.” (More weird news stories.)
