Chase Parks Lohan in Court

(Newser) – An apparent drunken car chase has already landed starlet Lindsay Lohan in trouble for drugs and in rehab—when she gets out she'll have small claims court on her busy docket. A passenger in the other car is suing, claiming the alleged pursuit was "one of the most frightening experiences" of her life.

Details of the bizarre pursuit remain thin, but several witnesses say the "I Know Who Killed Me" star had a score to settle with the mother of an ex-assistant, who was driving the hounded car. The chase ended dramatically in the parking lot of a Santa Monica police station: Lohan leapt out of her car after the woman, chasing her on foot until cops pulled their guns on the lot of them.
