GOP: Torture Probe Must Include Pelosi

Republicans say speaker knew; hope to quiet Dems on matter

(Newser) – As calls continue for an investigation of Bush administration officials over torture, Republicans think they may have an ace in the hole: Nancy Pelosi, they say, knew waterboarding had taken place but didn’t try to stop it. Some Republicans think threatening the House Speaker will make her and fellow Democrats reluctant to press the issue, Politico reports.

“If someone is going to schedule hearings, I believe that the first witness should be Nancy Pelosi,” said one House Republican. “Clearly, she was involved in policy formulation.” Intelligence records released last week say Pelosi was told in 2002 that harsh techniques were used on a terror suspect. Pelosi has said she was told only that such techniques might eventually be used.

They tortured children to get the parents to talk-and not to stop anything, but to find a public relations link so they could do a better job of selling their Oil War. These people are sub-human, and must be locked up forever. Anyone who tortures humans or animals is defective. It's as simple as that.

Pelosi has been a collaborator with Bush from the beginning. We need an amendment to the Constitution to prevent a traitorous House Majority Leader from blocking investigation/impeachment of a criminal Executive Branch that she's in bed with. Hang that bitch with the others-she knew, and she approved.
