Michael Jackson was diagnosed with skin cancer weeks ago but he doesn't plan to let the disease halt his comeback, sources tell the Sun. The cancer is believed to be linked to the skin disease Jackson says he was diagnosed with in the '80s. Doctors have told him the cancer is treatable and the singer has been seeking treatment from top surgeons.

"Michael’s tests showed spots of skin cancer on his body, and cells which could turn to skin cancer on his face," a source said. "He said he’s insisted that any treatment must fit around the concerts, and the show will go on." Jackson is scheduled to play 50 sell-out shows in London starting in July.
