Winehouse Documentary in the Works

Singer promises 'revealing look at her complicated life' on the way

(Newser) – Amy Winehouse's troubled life is the subject of an upcoming documentary from Israeli-American interviewer Daphne Barak, People reports. "In honest-to-goodness Amy style, the doc will be a truthful and revealing look at her complicated life," according to Winehouse's MySpace page. The documentary is being filmed at Winehouse's getaway on the island of St. Lucia, where Barak has interviewed the singer and her father, Mitch. Winehouse was hospitalized in London again yesterday after another drinking binge.
