(Newser) – And the award for best acting at the Cannes Film Festival goes to… Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, reports the Sun. Hollywood is abuzz with rumors of the power couple’s impending breakup: They’re putting on their happy faces along the Riviera but struggling to hide the awkwardness between them—a stark change from last year’s lovefest. The paper takes a look at the top problems facing Brangelina:

  • Thanks to work, “these days they barely see each other,” a source says.
  • “Angelina wants to adopt more. I don't think Brad is so keen,” the source adds.
  • Angie is “a sophisticated woman who is well-read and highly intellectual,” while Brad “wants to have a bit more fun” and “likes to drink a few beers and watch sports,” the source says.

No matter what they do people are going to give them grief. If they are happy together its 'a put on love-fest for the camera' If they are breaking up its 'we knew it wouldn't last' or 'servers the homewrecker right' gheez Reply

It's telling that they never got around to making their affair legal with marriage vows and a marriage license. Of course, things like committment and morality never stopped old Brad from going for what he wanted, no matter the hurt to others. I don't think a mess of kids will stop him this time, either. What's good for Brad is, well, good for Brad. Reply

They have stated they wouldn't marry until it was legal for people to marry regardless of gender (ie, "gay marriage"). It isn't that they "never got around to it." For their kid's sake, I hope they work it out.
