Saddam's Eldest Daughter Sought by Interpol

(Newser) – Accusing her of terrorism and other related offenses, Interpol is on the hunt for the oldest daughter of Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi leader executed last December for crimes against humanity. Raghad Saddam Hussein left Iraq when US forces invaded and was believed to be living in Jordan as recently as last year. But her current whereabouts are not known.

Raghad was involved in her father's legal defense, and she and her mother, Sajida, are both on an Iraqi most-wanted list, because of their alleged support of the insurgency movement. Iraq's Interior Minister said that Interpol, the international police organization, advised member countries today of the arrest warrant, the BBC reports.
