(Newser) – Angelina Jolie has dethroned Oprah as the world's most powerful celebrity, says Forbes in its annual top 100 list. Oprah may make more money, but Jolie's constant media buzz and string of blockbusters give her the edge. Here's the top 10:

Angelina has done a lot for a lot of causes. She not only practices what she preaches but, she gives kid's a ggood home and family. I don't think it's fair to put her into the same catagory as Oprah. Yes, Oprah has helped girls n her homeland but, yhis woman and her partner donate millions for all kinds of differnt causes, She's a good person. I like her. Reply

Oh man, Jennifer's ahead of Brad .... sweet revenge, eh Jen? Are we sure this isn't about how many tabloid stories are written about them? Or how many hits Forbes is looking for ... lol. All those names appear often on "most popular searches" lists too. Reply
