Lawsuit alleges brutal attack on photographer

(NEWSER) - Michael Richards, infamous for his N-word-laden 2006 rant (which he later parodied ), may have had another meltdown. The Seinfeld star is being sued by a photographer for allegedly beating him up in Los Angeles on Aug. 25, TMZ reports. Nicollette Sheridan sues for assault, wrongful termination

Sheridan claims Cherry behaved “in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner” on set, and in 2008—after she questioned one of the scripts—he “forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head,” according to legal documents obtained by TMZ .
