having lived for a while in Toronto, it's not very livable if you happen to be around Jane and Finch... Reply

Jane and Finch is the ghetto of Toronto. Lots of run-down apartment buildings with lower-middle class tenants and lots of crime. It could be a beautiful place with all the diversity, but the crime overshadows everything.

Hmmm...Canadian and Australian cities, no Latin American cities in the top ten? Where are the wise Latino(a)s? Reply

They obviously didn't consider weather and cost of living. Pittsburgh the best US city - not hardly. Vienna is spectacular though. Vancouver has way too many junkies. Switzerland is only nice if you're a millionaire that likes to ski. Reply
