Voight Takes Obama-Is-Marxist Rant to O'Reilly

Even Bill O'Reilly doesn't agree with all his theories

(Newser) – Just in case you missed Jon Voight's speech at a Republican fundraiser where he accused a “weak” President Obama of thinking “he’s going to bring all the enemies of the world into a little playground where they’ll swing each other back and forth,” the actor appeared on the O’Reilly Factor to hammer home the point. Joliedaddy even earned a comparison to Rush Limbaugh from Bill O’Reilly himself, Gawker reports.

Voight's main beef? In Obama, “we have a fellow who is bringing us to chaos and socialism.” He blames North Korea’s “muscle flexing” on Obama’s weakness, but that’s nothing compared to his economic failings: “Pravda said that we were speeding toward Marxism at an amazing rate. Pravda,” Voight said. “I think it’s evident. I think people just have to acknowledge it.”

He was a fellow who was associated with all the wrong people, the signs were up, but no one seemed to take the warnings.
- Jon Voight, on President Obama

They're attacking the wage payer. As Abraham Lincoln said, you don't help the wage earner by attacking the wage payer. It's very simple stuff, it's not very complicated - Jon Voight, on this administration's economic policy

Exactly, what is it they say? You are an actor, I don't care what your political beliefs are.

"From each according to his ability; to each according to his needs." If such a thing were possible, would it be a bad thing? I don't think so.
