Beck: Al-Qaeda Working With Neo-Nazis

Museum shooting proves conservatives, not just Jews, in danger

(Newser) – Glenn Beck offered his own bizarre take on the Holocaust Museum shooting last night, telling his flock that it was a warning of things to come. “The pot is boiling,” Glenn gravely intoned, and nut-jobs are going to come out of the woodwork. “Groups like al-Qaeda are even planning to work with white supremacists, coming through our southern border.” And target of said nut-jobs? Not only Jews but conservatives, like himself.

Beck said the museum shooting proved that there would be “a witch hunt for two groups: the Jews and conservatives.” He then noted that the left-wing had blamed right-wingers like him for stirring the pot. “I am not stirring the pot. I am pointing out that the pot is boiling. This is not the work of right-wing conservatives. This is the work of someone who is racist, crazy, or most likely both.”

Wow! Beck's not making any sense the same way Rush is. Fess up guys! You both know that white supremacists and Nazi sympathizers are part of the ultra right in America.

You wouldn't remember the nazis had allies like the christian Falange in Lebanon and in Bulgaria, romania, hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, maybe more. Partly why we let the Russkis take them after WWII.

I know that you won't really hear my words, because the tendency to need a bigger explanation for banal evilness is an overpowering thing. But sometimes serendipity steps in and says that as much as you believe that conspiracy, can you not apply that to the weirdness of my knowing for a fact two things? First, my husband was at the JFK Center for Special Warfare helping with a Robin Sage a few months after the bombing. Everyone there was very upset because Timothy McVeigh had done this horrible thing and he had been cut from Special Forces Training by some of the same men who talked to my husband. McVeigh had a deep desire to be SF and he was cut for blisters. He left the Gulf War and entered his class, but made the horrible mistake of using new boots because his others and the ones he spent hours training in were camouflage brown. New boots and twenty-five mile loaded pack marches do not go together. He was medically cycled out, even though he had the skills to qualify. Instead of trying again, his spirit was broken and he returned home bitter and let this destroy him. Nichols is a prisoner at a Super Max in Colorado where my ex-husband, who works for a non-profit for inmates rights knows him well. Nichols just filed a Federal suit about the poor quality of the food. He is very frank about the fact that his expertise with cheap fertilizer should have never hooked up with McVeigh's very real disappointment. Nichols was upset by Waco and Ruby Ridge and together it was a small step to focus both of their obsessions onto the Federal Government. If you prefer a conspiracy-I understand, because it is even more horrible to think that all those people died because of new boots and blisters.
