Mistress' Other Man Sent Sanford E-mails to Paper
Mar?a Bel?n Chapur, Mark Sanford's Argentine mistress, makes her lone TV appearance in this YouTube screenshot.

Mark Sanford’s lovey-dovey e-mails were discovered—and e-mailed to a South Carolina newspaper—by another man his mistress was dating, a former coworker tells the New York Times. He says the mistress, who’s been identified as María Belén Chapur, began dating a young Argentinean man a few months into her relationship with Sanford. He saw one of her e-mails to Sanford, and hacked her account to get the rest.

In one e-mail Chapur told Sanford about her fling. “He is a very nice guy, great heart,” she wrote, “but unfortunately I am not in love with him. You are my love.” The other man sent that e-mail and many others to The State. When Chapur found out, she dumped him. The State eventually published the e-mails this week, citing an anonymous source.
