(Newser) – Four of the nine staff members arrested at the British embassy in Tehran are still "being interrogated," reports the BBC, for what Iranian media described as collusion with the protests. The Iranian regime has condemned Britain throughout the crisis for meddling in the country's affairs.

"The British embassy played a crucial role in the recent unrest both through its local staff and via media," the Iranian intelligence minister charged. "The embassy sent staff among the rioters to direct them in order to escalate the riots so that the rioters could file fabricated reports to the world from various locations."

hahaha, is their side of the story propaganda? "The British embassy played a crucial role in the recent unrest both through its local staff and via media," the Iranian intelligence minister charged. "The embassy sent staff among the rioters to direct them in order to escalate the riots so that the rioters could file fabricated reports to the world from various locations." Or is our side?
