Rowe Not Kids' Bio-Mom: TMZ

She could still win custody as surrogate

Share

(Newser) – Not only was Michael Jackson not the biological father of any of his children, neither was Debbie Rowe, his ex-wife, their biological mother, TMZ reports. All three children were conceived in vitro, and Debbie acted as the surrogate for the eldest two—for a fee—sources tell TMZ.

Even so, Rowe is the presumed biological parent since she was married to Jackson when the children were born, TMZ notes, so she could theoretically win custody. The identity of Jackson’s youngest child’s surrogate is still unknown, but sources say she was never told of Jackson’s identity.

This is pitiful. They're nobody's children. Some things just shouldn't happen. Reply

It was well known MJ wanted the nanny to have the kids should anything happen to him. Sounds cut and dry to me. So why is it the nanny, the most motherlike person in these children's lives, isn't even in the story? Reply

The law is concerned with "Birth Mother" and not "Bio-mother." If she want's them then she get's them and genetics be damned. Reply
