Joe Plans 'Jackson 3' Tour

Joe Jackson wants to turn his grandchildren into the “Jackson 3,” Michael’s biographer tells the Sun. “Joe wants the children to go on a world tour in 2010. He has also already offered recording contracts to two of Michael’s kids,” Ian Halperin tells the tabloid. “He wants to exploit the kids the same way he did Michael.” More:

• Halperin—who else?—has a new book out, and it includes allegations that Michael Jackson was gay, according to the Sun: “The very first time he had sex with me he said, ‘The King of Pop’s going to lick your lollipop,’” says one alleged lover.

• Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson have a common interest: keeping Michael’s children away from Joe Jackson, reports the Daily Mail. Sources say grandmother Katherine will raise the children while biological mom Rowe will have visitation rights—but Rowe will still be referred to as a "family friend," adds the New York Post.
• A Jackson family TV special, planned by A&E before Michael’s death, could still air—and may even lead to a reality show, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
• In her last moments with her father at the viewing, Paris Jackson wrapped one half of a heart-shaped necklace around Michael’s wrist, the Mirror reports. “She wears Michael T-shirts every day and the walls of her room are covered with posters and pictures of her daddy,” La Toya Jackson tells the tab.
