Hamas: Israel Targets Gaza Youth With Aphrodisiac Gum

(Newser) – Hamas says Israel is corrupting Palestinian youth with aphrodisiac chewing gum. “We have discovered two types of stimulants that were introduced into the Gaza Strip from Israeli border crossings,” a spokesman tells AFP. “The first type is presented in the form of chewing gum and the second in the form of drops.” Hamas says it has detained members of a gang in collusion with the Israelis.

“They admitted during the investigation they were linked to the Zionist intelligence services,” the spokesman continued. The gang obtained the aphrodisiacs cheaply from an Israeli officer who said “they did not want money, but to distribute the products among the young people of Gaza” to “corrupt the young generation.” Hamas says it caught on after a man reported his daughter had “dubious side effects” after chewing the gum. An Israelis source calls the claims “absurd.”

the comments left, especially C_K's, seem to imply that y'all think the palestinians came up with the gum and gave it to israeli youth. it is allegedly the other way around - the palestinian youths claim to have gotten it from israelis.

The first line explains it very well. No confusion here. Although Ck has a track record of no understanding.

Hey, Israelis-- it's actually a compliment when you think about it-- "Make Love not War." Now, practice what you preach.
