Boyle: 'I Don't Want It to End'

Share

(Newser) – In her first formal interview since losing Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle tells the Today show she never wants to lose her unlikely star status, Access Hollywood reports. “Being plucked from obscurity, it’s like a long journey, really,” Boyle says to Meredith Viera in a segment that will air on July 22. “You don’t know how it’s going to end. I don’t want it to end!”

Boyle also earns some compliments from her host: “You look gorgeous, I’m loving the hair. You’ve had a slight little makeover?” Viera asks. “Just a slight one. I brush up quite well,” Boyle responds. Despite the pressures of fame—she was hospitalized for exhaustion at the height of SuBo mania—Boyle is currently recording an album and says she’s having a “wonderful time.”

If a middle aged woman who can sing well and is recording an album, sound sad, then you don't understand what the meaning of sad is. Maybe an unemployed middle aged woman? Or a man who just had a stroke?
