(Newser) – Robert Burck, the “Naked Cowboy” who strolls New York’s Times Square, is planning a run for mayor there, WABC-TV reports. The guitar slinger in underpants will challenge Mayor Michael Bloomberg by “bringing transparency to a whole new level.” Burck says he’ll also run on his ideas about taxes, tourism, gay nuptials, national security, and public transportation.

I concur. CK, you never have anything of real importance to say, you just repeat the same annoying comments over and over again like a broken record

I would be the one who posted that. There is a difference between the vigorous argument of someone posting a conservative idea(Take godawgs for instance.) then there is what you post in nearly every news story. I did not call for your banning, I asked for you to receive a demerit of some sort. Enough of those equal a ban. You don't engage in active dialogue with other posters, you just spout of something about liberal fascists and repeat the same things over and over again. I have seen you actually address the topic at hand maybe 5 or 6 times. Every other post is just a rehash of the past 20 or so. There are more intelligent ways to go about discussing ideas. Instead of instantly assuming the other side to be wrong why not engage in that debate you talked about being the bedrock of this country? Bring up points of contention and cite your sources. If you're just going to call people a liberal fascist and re-post something Anne Coulter said without citing HER sources, then I have no want or need to read your posts. I'm against censorship, I'm all for demerits to help civil discourse take an intelligent course.
