Days after Eddie Cibrian’s wife announced their separation, Cibrian’s Northern Lights co-star—and rumored lover—LeAnn Rimes’ hubby is addressing reports their marriage is also over, the New York Daily News reports. Dean Sheremet recently Twittered, “Thanks to everyone for all the support through a very difficult time.” Elsewhere:

  • Amy Winehouse’s father is making his own album, featuring Frank Sinatra covers and original songs, the Sun reports. Mitch “has a good voice and wants a go at turning professional,” a source says.

  • Boy George survived prison with a little help from his friends, the Mirror reports. Elton John sent him a music player, and other celeb pals wrote him letters. “The only time I got too emotional in prison was when I got letters from friends,” he says. “People that beforehand I wouldn't have thought I could rely on. It was humbling.”
  • Dov Charney, CEO of controversy-ridden American Apparel, may have stepped over the line this time: He’s urging the firing of unattractive employees, one manager tells Gawker. Underperforming stores had to submit group photos, and he made judgments ranging from “childish” to “insulting” about employees’ looks. Anyone he “deems not good-looking enough to work there” is then “targeted and scrutinized” and fired the minute he or she makes a mistake.
