(Newser) – Three US teenagers returned from Mexico from what they claimed was a fishing trip with quite a catch: more than half a ton of marijuana stuffed beneath the deck of their boat. The three—two males ages 18 and 19 and a 19-year-old female—were arrested when they docked their 22-foot boat in San Diego, the Union-Tribune reports. A drug-sniffing dog got wind of the cargo, worth an estimated $636,000.

Not necessarily greener, just cheaper. It was probably Mexi-schwag which you can mark up and sell for way more that what you bought it for on this side of the border. Not that I know about such things. ;)

Please, teenagers going away on a boat to Mexico for I'm sure several days? RICH KIDS - their parents will get them off. The girl will get off because her daddy's lawyers will pay off a judge and say she didn't know what was going on. The boys will be let off because they are teenagers and just made a stupid mistake. Blah blah blah.
