(Newser) – The 89-year-old man who shot and killed a guard at the Holocaust Memorial Museum last month was charged today with first-degree murder, killing in a federal building, and bias-motivated crime, among other accusations, the Washington Post reports. If convicted, James von Brunn faces life in prison, though four of the counts could also carry the death penalty, if prosecutors choose to seek it.

The seven-count indictment against the Maryland resident says he “willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation,” shot and killed Stephen Johns as the guard opened the door for him. Von Brunn, gravely injured in the firefight, remains under care at a ward for inmates in Washington.

I'm so utterly sick of people confining themselves to a polarity. Left/Right- bullshit! How about we consider each individual exactly that- an individual. Or can any one of you honestly say that every single one of the positions you hold is firmly in the same camp? No, then shut up about this left/right crap, and stop deciding issues emotionally. The Nazis thought what they were doing was right. So does the Ayatolla. Is that a big enough fucking hint yet?

Do you think C_k and Jester are the same individual, Caps? I think Jester is worse. I don't believe C_k is foolsih enough to say that the Holocaust Museum is an unneeded waste of taxper money, or that holocaust victim numbers are "inflated", or that Nazi uniforms are "cool." I think they are two trolls, perhaps working together, but you could be right. Actually, Jester gives trolls like C_k a bad reputation.
