Plus, yes, more Jon and Kate news

(Newser) – Anderson Cooper got a little personal yesterday when, as Regis Philbin’s stand-in, he asked Bachelorette Jillian Harris how many of the bachelors on her reality show she slept with. But he was only asking “the question everybody wants to know,” said Erica Hill when he recapped the moment with her last night on his CNN show, Gawker reports. Watch the video at left. Elsewhere:

  • Jude Law’s baby mama has been revealed. It’s Samantha Burke, a model and aspiring actress, E! reports. Her rep calls Law “responsive and supportive.”
  • Though both sides tried to make it sound like no money was involved when the custody battle over Michael Jackson’s children was settled, that’s not actually the case, the New York Post reports. Debbie Rowe will continue to receive the approximately $4 million Jackson was paying her in an informal arrangement that technically died with him.
  • Thought a day might go by with no Jon & Kate Plus 8 news? Wrong. Us reports that future episodes of the reality show will feature Jon and Kate dating, and Kate will “do things I've never done before,” she says; the New York Post brings news that Jon is strapped for cash and “looking for endorsement deals to get that extra money,” a source says.

Man for the people. I like him too, but as the scion of one of the country's wealthiest woman can't we recognize that rich, rich never been in your shoes people are capable of some empathy?

You know why lie detectors aren't used in court? They are very reliable, but they have a built in flaw--the only people who always show up as truthful are psychopaths. Because they measure sweaty fingers and raised heart beats when normal people lie. Well, psychopaths don't have physiological responses when they lie. That would be why they are psychopaths.

Nobody gives a rat's ass about his being gay. It's just weird that no matter what he does or says, it's an issue till he say's I'm gay. Well that's as stupid as a birth certificate from Obama. For pity's sake poor George Clonney has been going out of his way for years to show us he's gay. He doesn't want to say it. He wants us to give him that. But we won't. Like Anderson who only hangs with gay men and Clonney who only hangs with gay men we demand that they say the words aloud. Well, they're not gonna. Cause if we can't figure it out--well they just don't care and neither should we.
