(Newser) – Connecticut Republicans protesting health care reform outside a Chris Dodd event yesterday mocked the senator with references to his newly diagnosed cancer, reports Talking Points Memo. “How come we just don't give Chris Dodd painkillers?” one shouted. “Like a handful of them at a time! He can wash it down with Ted Kennedy's whiskey—oh, excuse me, scotch!”

That protester doesn't know what fate has in store for him (her). Don't think they would want to be mocked due to an illness.

if you watch the video and listen to the words, he didn't make fun of Chris Dodd. he suggested that Dodd follow what the president said and take some pain killers. have you watched the video or are you going off the summary which is incorrect?
