Dodd, Kill Yourself With Pills and Whiskey: Protester

(Newser) – Connecticut Republicans protesting health care reform outside a Chris Dodd event yesterday mocked the senator with references to his newly diagnosed cancer, reports Talking Points Memo. “How come we just don't give Chris Dodd painkillers?” one shouted. “Like a handful of them at a time! He can wash it down with Ted Kennedy's whiskey—oh, excuse me, scotch!”

All a part of the staged b/s the Republicans are once more pulling, they have a very long history of hiring talent to work up the simple to steer party and your 100% correct, it shows Republican class clearly

And the free fall of what is left of the gop continues. They cant win at the ballot box, they cant win on numbers, they cant win on policy or ideas so they just try to drown out all opposing opinions. Remember when GW Bush had 'town hall' meetings with hand picked attendees? No one could shout him down or drown out the opposing voices because there were no opposing voices allowed. I am still trying to figure out exactly the point about health care the teabaggers were trying to make by wishing death to Senator Dodd, an American. My guess is much like their teabaggin in April and July, this is about their hatred towards the first African American President and they still cant wrap their tiny ineffective deflated brains around the concept that white America is gone....forever. And thank God for that! Hasnt the white always had it their way? Are they mad now that not only do other colors have the same rights as them but will one day wield more political power than ever before? Reply
