(Newser) – Michael Jackson’s mother is considering a wrongful-death lawsuit over the passing of her son, the AP reports. The likely target: Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray. “Dr. Murray’s name has been floated because he is under investigation,” said an attorney, who wouldn’t say whether Jackson’s concert promoter would also face a lawsuit. “No decision has been finalized,” he said.

As a physician, Dr. Murray should have known better than to give a patient diprivan outside of a surgical setting. It appears that Dr. Murray was more interested in making money than considering the life of a human being.

Should this not wait until AFTER the investigation? This sounds like super greed to me on his mother's part. She apparently is not making decisions on her own, but listening to other people with a genda. She is easily lead, I would say.

Isn't MJ responsible for the action he took when he knew that this was a dangerous sleeping drug??
