Jackson's Mom Mulls Wrongful Death Suit

Likely target is Jacko doctor Conrad Murray: Katherine's attorney

(Newser) – Michael Jackson’s mother is considering a wrongful-death lawsuit over the passing of her son, the AP reports. The likely target: Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray. “Dr. Murray’s name has been floated because he is under investigation,” said an attorney, who wouldn’t say whether Jackson’s concert promoter would also face a lawsuit. “No decision has been finalized,” he said.

Should this not wait until AFTER the investigation? This sounds like super greed to me on his mother's part. She apparently is not making decisions on her own, but listening to other people with a genda. She is easily lead, I would say. Reply

sorry but i think you got it all wrong if it was you child are mine i no i would what to no who what an why it doesn't have anything with greed me as a mother my self i would what to no what happen an who did that to my son so i will stand by her all the way

I can understand how Mrs. Jackson feels. The many questions that are going threw her head. MY step son was killed by 3 so call friends and they all should go down for it but we have no answers to why they did it. In some comments I see people also blame Michael and in part that is true. As an addict you have no sense but the people who enabled him to face the rift that comes their way. Just like drug dealers do. A doctor only has permission by law to hand over any drug that fits the client. And the Doctors are the biggest drug dealer there are... Mrs Jackson find out the truth not only for your self but for those children. And yes even for Michael himself.
