Jacko Doc Will Face Manslaughter: Fox Source

Dermatologist will also be charged: law enforcement

(Newser) – Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray will be charged with manslaughter in the next two weeks, a law enforcement source tells Fox News. Authorities want to carry out a final search warrant next week, probably at a Los Angeles pharmacy, to build evidence against Murray before they make an arrest. Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, will face malpractice-related charges in the coming weeks, an insider said.

Doctors of the celeberty bunch will think twice before giving all of those non-needed prescriptions. By the way, show some respect please. His name was in life as it is in death, Michael Joseph Jackson, please use it. Reply

Dr. Conrad's duty was first and foremost to in no way inflict harm to Mr. Jackson, or any other patient. Celebs that don't hold MD's don't get to call the "shots". The Doc has blood on his hands, and I won;t go to prison for any amount of money!

Well, he's still dead and someone helped achieve that feat... Writing scrips / dispensing meds you're not authorized to dispense... Don't know how you spin your way out of that one - Criminal AND Civil litigation.
