(Newser) – Dave Carroll, who so memorably commemorated his terrible experience with United Airlines in the YouTube sensation United Breaks Guitars is at it again, Consumerist reports. The singer/songwriter/guitar-rights activist has released a more ambitious video cleverly titled United Breaks Guitars: Song 2, with a slightly more conciliatory tone. And don’t worry, fans—it’s just the second in a planned trilogy about the careless airline.

I like that he's using branding and publicity to speak to a company in its own language. Otherwise they really wouldn't have given it 5 minutes - The UK cheap airlines are getting out of control - One of them is planning to make their on board toilets coin operated! Talk about a trapped audience! lol

"The dude" didn't get anything from United. They donated the money to charities in his name, not to him. If they broke his guitar, they should replace it or pay to fix it, plain and simple. What this man did is genius, and I commend him for his efforts.
