(Newser) – A Manhattan judge has forced Google to reveal the identity of an anonymous blogger who called model Liskula Cohen a "40-something" "skank," reports Canada.com. In the precedent-setting ruling, Cohen, 37, convinced the court to unmask the writer so she could sue for defamation; when Google handed over the blogger's email address, Cohen recognized a personal acquaintance.

Realizing who was behind the "Skanks in NYC" blog, the Canadian-born model phoned in her forgiveness. Cohen told Good Morning America she was relieved that the blogger is an "irrelevant person in my life", adding, "I know why she did it. It's because she doesn't have anything else to do. It's sad."

She would have to prove that she's not a skank in order to do that..... Man, I would LOVE to see what the LEGAL definition of skank is. It would be worth the LOLs just to see the judge and lawyers hammering that one out. :)

"the blogger is an "irrelevant person in my life"" So, this model could have just started with that and moved on in life. This shows just how weak minded this model is and doesn't have anything better to do. It's sad really. The other thing we learned - Google will rat on you. Reply

"The other thing we learned - Google will rat on you." Can you read? The article says, "A Manhattan judge has FORCED Google to reveal the identity..."
