Britney Fans Ejected for Sexy Dancing

Fans ejected as she gyrates on stage

(Newser) – Apparently only Britney Spears is allowed to get down and dirty at her concerts. A few fans were ejected from Madison Square Garden for dancing “too provocatively” at Tuesday's show, one of them tells the New York Post. “Meanwhile, Britney is onstage gyrating half-naked and singing ‘Get Naked,’” she adds. “It was totally ridiculous.”

This story lacks a definition of 'too provocatively'. It is made clear that Britney was 'half naked', but that euphemistic label notwithstanding, we know that Britney covers the legal essentials. Without explication of what the 'sexy' component of the fans dancing was, and how this may have deviated from what Britney does on stage, this story is a waste of everyone's time. Newser, please abandon the merely provocative which cannot possibly inspire intelligent debate. Reply

I hear you Wraith, but hopefully the flow of bright eyed and bushy tailed (like me) might keep the tone from getting too uniformly cynical. Hopefully, it's at least amusing to watch some of us flail for meaning...we might actually stumble onto something, who knows?
