ACORN Is Rotten, And Mainstream Media Ignores It

Network news has no coverage of hooker-pimp sting video scandal

(Newser) – The scandal enveloping community-organizing group ACORN “has everything you could ever want,” Dan Gainor writes for Fox News: “corruption, sleazy actions at tax-funded organizations, firings, government ties, sex, hookers. It is a network news director’s dream.” Curiously, ABC, CBS, and NBC aren't covering the brouhaha that got the organization banned from 2010 census-taking duties. Because “when they find something inconvenient, they let it pass.”

Fox, of course, is doing its due diligence on the group that has received $53 million in federal funds since 1994, Gainor writes. Big newspapers have taken “a passing glance” at the story of ACORN employees advising faux pimps and hookers on skirting the law, though Gainor declares himself “underwhelmed.” For its part, ACORN has blamed “news” agency Fox for orchestrating the whole thing. “Yeah, all that about under-aged prostitution, corruption and government connections isn’t news.”

ACORN and similar entities, advocate for those who would otherwise have no one to advocate for them. So when organizations such as Fox news, which is clearly a tool of the corrupt powerful elite who fight to maintain the status quo, conduct an "investigation", I consider the source, and give no credence to any "investigation" they conduct.

Media is bought and paid for by Obama. GE owns NBC. Global warming is a big payday for GE. Not billions but trillions once Obama gets that funded. Do you think NBC is going to yell about ACORN. Thats Obama's pet, he lawyered for ACORN. Back door deals were done long ago by Obama. Do you think Hillary new this was happening when campaining against Obama. No she was campaining Bill's way. Obama bought himself a presidency with promises of big bucks to world companies like GE. Hillary got outsmarted and kicked to the curb by Obama. Now she's off floating around the world like a butterfly, and out of Obama's hair. That folks is the inside story to Chairman Obama and his fleecing of America......the media will never condemn ACORN, they'll hide the story. Journalism is dead at the big three. They're trolls working for Obama now....

So let's see---individual employees of an organization commit a crime or fraud and that means the entire organization should shut down or guilty of fraud? I've never heard of any company or organization folding completely because of a few bad employees. Otherwise FOX NEWS wouldn't exist and Murdoch would be in jail. ----------------------- In any case, let the Right have ACORN. It will serve as a distraction while Obama continues to pass his Liberal, Socialist, Communist, Fascist agenda. Oops, I forgot Marxist.
