Gosselin's new lawyer speaks out; Kate's new 'do—and family dogs—get the boot

(Newser) – The back-and-forth between Jon Gosselin and his nanny drags on, but at least there won’t be any lovechildren to worry about. Gosselin assured Stephanie Santoro “he’d had a vasectomy,” her mother tells Radar. Meanwhile, Jon’s new divorce attorney agrees “the content of the story is shocking”—because Santoro signed a nondisclosure agreement—and says the tabloids are just looking for sales, E! reports.

In other Gosselin news, Jon gave up his dogs, and Kate gave up her new hairdo—less than 24 hours after making headlines with it, Radar reports. Jon tells E! he blames Kate for not taking care of his German shepherd puppies during her stays at the house, thus forcing him to return them to the breeder.

It is not always jon who in the hell could live with kate, she is such a control freak!!!!!!!!! I actually don't feel sorry for anyone except those kids

Jon thinks that by blaming Kate for everything, he will look like the poor victim. Nobody forced him to stay with Kate and be emasculated for 10 years.. He went from being a wuss husband to behaving like a horny teenager, banging anything that moves! he is a real idiot, totally caught up in his 15 minutes of fame. Kate is a shrewd, conniving diva who will end up with all of the money, while Jon will piss away every penny and end up being an unemployed deadbeat dad!
