(Newser) – Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who has been battling pancreatic cancer, is in a Washington hospital tonight after feeling ill at work. In a statement, the court said that Ginsburg, 76, felt faint after a routine infusion, and that though subsequent tests and monitoring showed her “in stable health,” she was taken to hospital as precaution.

RBG getting ready to vacate her seat would be a great prospect except that BHO would somehow manage to find someone even worse. Reply

I don't comment much anymore because so much of it is nasty rather than thoughtful. I wish her the best She is a good jurist even if she is often far left of where I stand. Wish our politicians had her integrity. Reply

Classy comment Justme. It makes mine seem downright mean spirited.

I really would not wish upon Scalia, nor Thomas death by brain cancer, as the so called man of God, from the Grand Canyon State, wishes upon President Obama, But I surely wouldn't mind if their seats on the Supreme Court, became vacant during Obama's Presidency. Not much chance of that though. Reply
