Polanski Made Deal to Pay Rape Victim $500K

Court papers unclear on whether Samantha Geimer received money

(Newser) – Roman Polanski struck a deal to settle a civil lawsuit and pay his rape victim $500,000 after going on the lam, but it's not clear whether she received the entire sum. Court papers relating to the 1988 suit, which was settled in 1993, indicate that the fugitive director missed at least one deadline to pay Samantha Geimer, who was 13 when Polanski assaulted her in 1977. But as of 1996—the most recent date in the case file—he owed more than $600,000, the Los Angeles Times reports.

No, the world doesn't suck it's the a-holes who are a minority take up a majority of the worlds attention giving the impression that all people are a-holes which is untrue. Most are decent and the world is a good place. To bad the media is so wrapped up in the a-holes making press.

Yes it does Passinthru and then again it doesn't but once you really understand that it mostly boils down to money and you know how this big game works then you can do something about it, make as much money as u can, to be free and do something with the monies that will benefit the World so that when u leave you would have left a positive imprint behind on this old World of ours and let the other jerks who fucked it up while here then deal with there karma!
