The war between Jon and Kate Gosselin drags on, and thanks to the gossip sites, you can follow right along at home. TMZ has a copy of the letter Kate’s lawyer sent to Jon’s, and Radar has all sorts of other oh-so-critical updates:

  • Some people will probably be pleased to learn the reality dad could end up behind bars if he is found to be in contempt of court today for allegedly draining the couple’s joint bank account.
  • Kate herself went on Today this morning to talk about Jon leaving her unable to pay bills—and also to whine about TLC halting filming, saying the kids are "wailing and sobbing" and "angry" about the change.

  • Jon’s divorce attorney, Mark Heller, was suspended from practicing law for five years in 1994 after being found guilty of “a pattern of misconduct involving misrepresentation, deceit, abusive treatment of clients, fee gouging,” and more, according to court documents.
  • Kate’s divorce attorney, Marty Singer, is ready to bring the fight to Heller—“If the money is not immediately returned, we will be looking into potential claims against Mr. Heller if he had any involvement with the violation of the court order,” he says.
