(AP) – President Barack Obama and a few members of his cabinet played basketball tonight at the White House with a handful of House members, two of them Republicans. "We ran into a president with some serious game," said Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Wash. Obama had "a sweet crossover move" and appeared to be in great shape, Inslee said. "He put a real nice move on me and beat me along the base line."

On the president's team were Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Education Secretary Arne Duncan, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan. The game was closed to the press. Those expected from the House included Democrats Mike Arcuri (NY), Brad Ellsworth and Baron Hill (Ind.), and Heath Shuler (NC). Republicans invited to play were Jeff Flake (Ariz.) and John Shimkus (Ill.).

It is sad to say that for some people President Obama is damned if he do and damned if he don't. Exercise is not only good for the body, but good for the mind. What part of intellectual bothers you, any of you?

I hear ya Eileen......I am about as staunch a "righty" as you can get in general, and do not agree with him on a political level. But geez folks give the guy a little slack.....Exercise is a great stress releiver, and a stressed out POTUS is not a good thing. And yeah the broohaha about the time with his kids and celebrating his anniversary.....kinda pissed me off too...Don't F with family quality time....even if ya dont like the dude
