Baby Mackynzie has 17 uncles and aunts

Mackynzie Renée Duggar won't have to worry about not knowing her babysitter—the first grandchild of TLC reality stars Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar has 17 aunts and uncles. The first child of Joshua and Anna Duggar arrived recently and her parents "are both so happy," a friend tells People. Mackynzie will even have an uncle or aunt to push around—her grandmother is pregnant with child No. 19.
